HYPERTENSION… WHAT your doctor doesn’t TELL YOU…

70 Million people suffer from High Blood Pressure… are you one of them? If so- listen up.

Blood Pressure is not a condition- it is a symptom and also a defense mechanism… yes a symptom of tainted blood- clogged arteries- and or clogged organs. A defense in that the higher blood pressure ensures blood is reaching the areas of the body without failure.

The blood increases blood pressure as a result of blockages in the body. Why? The blockages in the body- or the tainted blood have lower amounts of life giving nutrients in it. The body senses the nutrient deficiency and this is a warning that more blood flow is required to keep the bodies organs and systems running.screenhunter_1896-oct-10-16-08

A poor diet however- has little to no nutrients in the blood, and therefore the body is constantly running a HIGH blood pressure to frantically supply the organs with the few minerals it may have. The less nutrients in the blood- the higher the blood pressure.

The secondary way blood pressure rises is when trans fats and toxins block/ clog the veins and arteries (another sign of low nutrient levels). The constricted pathways that carry the blood are prevented in transferring nutrients to the vital parts of the body- and so the body naturally elevates the blood pressure to keep things functioning and the nutrients supplied to the body’s organs.

So as you see… high blood pressure is a defense mechanism and also the bodies way of protecting itself. However, high blood pressure requires a higher heart rate and when the heart rate stays high for prolonged periods of time- it can fail or become damaged. Resulting in heart attacks. This is what we want to avoid.

Keep the body clean and full of life giving nutrients in fruits, veggies, and non-toxic foods to enjoy lower blood pressure and healthier life. A healthy life is an ACTIVE MELANIN LIFE!

Be well!
