ARE You still eating SOY?

How can you tell if your eating soy?

No magic trick : The key indicator for knowing if your consuming SOY are on the ingredients list of the product. Some people are allergic to soy and the ingredient is often listed to prevent reactions listed sometimes as SOY, SOY PUFFS, SOY LECITHIN, SOYBEAN, SOYNUTS, SOYMILK, SOYFLOUR, SOY OIL, SOY ISOLATES, etc

Simply check any and all food products and chances are you will see this. Soy is in bread, milk, cookies, cakes, cereals, cheese, salad dressings, infant formula, health bars, and even your pets dog food. Yea, even pets are not immune to this soy-madness. Its everywhere.. but many people overlook its dangers.

Understand some products use tiny quantities in the form of soy puffs, and these sometimes do not get listed. These looks like rice crispy puffs.

But how can you tell if your not reading the labels, (its not listed), or not sure if your child or someone you care about is actively eating it like an elderly parent or friend?

OTHER INDICATORS OF SOY INTAKE:

Well prominent signs may be easy to see for each of us. It may manifest in difficulty to concentrate or focus on basic things, being emotional (angry or sad) over nothing. Some may confuse this with depression.  Additionally, loosing track of thoughts 1 minute to the next- feeling overwhelmed over basic things.

This may manifest in children as possible learning disabilities- being overly hyper- or not active at all. Soy makes working on basic projects or life issues very hard to impossible to cope with- unless its repetitive (non thinking) day in and day out stuff, which is why many people overlook the effects. When your doing the same stuff all the time without thinking of new things it becomes natural to do this and so can contribute to overlooking the signs.
Examples: Playing video games, working a repetitive job and feeling tired afterwards, going to gym and tired after 5-10 minutes or not going at all.

Soy products tend to manifest this way because they block vital nutrients, and also alter hormonal balances in the body. So you are not yourself in many ways. Look at how erratic many people drive in traffic if it is too slow for them. Emotionally driving- weaving in and out with no regard for themselves or other LIVES on the road. This is a broad example but one to think about when you see how stressful it is to drive to work some mornings.

Fast food contains a lot of soy as well.. and so eating it just just for a day or so…. your bound to see manifestations of the behavior issues. If your in tune to yourself watch for it.

CAN I TASTE SOY?

Soy has minimal to no taste. If you ever had tofu you’ll know this. Tofu is soy curds.
If you have ever had soy sauce- it has relatively no taste. Most people will identify something, but that is usually the salt in the soy sauce. Most soy foods contain some level of salt. Salt numbs the tongue as well. If you have eaten anything with soy in it, chances are you never knew until you saw the label. This is because its undetectable by taste in many things, by most people. So the next best way to tell is by your physical and emotional well being.

Since soy has very subtle to no taste- that’s why it so easy to mix into everything. It’s a good empty filler product. This is also why fast food products, and even innocent grocery store chips seem to make people full for a few minutes.. but then 30 minutes later they are hungry again (repeating the cycle of eating fake food). The body never got any nutrients.. and that’s what it is craving. Instead, people keep eating soy laden products over and over and over… only getting a chemical high from the food instead of the nutrients they need.

Soy is cheap and so its an excellent additive to food to cut expenses for the corporate giants- so the manufacturer can make more money and charge a higher price with less REAL product/ nutrients being offered.

SOY MANIFESTATION:

Ever seen kids behavior change when they crave junk (soy laden) food? The body is begging for nutrition. The child / adult responds with emotional instability (anger or gets quiet). To put this raging fit or re-calibrate the sedentary attitude they are likely to grab an easily available soy product vs veggies or fruit. The soy product is a temporary drug fix, but creates additional hunger- behavior problems- mood swings over short time frame and and potential health issues over long time frame.

For young & adult men they can develop “man boobs”. This is a soy consumption issue manifesting. In young women they can develop over-sized posterior, and breasts at an earlier age. This is one contributing factor why young girls  (today) are develop faster, and young men are walking around like women.
In adult women it can contribute to fibroids of the uterus, and metabolic issues that make weight management near impossible.  Soy is packed with estrogen- hence the emotional behavior and other mental, physical, and health issues.

Its highly recommended to avoid SOY. It is in ACTIVE MELANIN’s “Top 10 Ingredients to Avoid” List. This list was posted last year. Be looking for the expanding 2018 list, to include the Top 20 ingredients to avoid.
REMEMBER: Simply avoiding the problematic ingredient pitfalls can assist in recreating your health and also determining whats best to eat in the process- versus just focusing on exercise and occasional healthy eating.
